Before you begin anything meaningful in life, the first step is this:
You need to know yourself.
Not just your name, your age, or your favorite color—but who you truly are inside.
This means looking into your past, observing your present, and planning your future.
This part of the course is all about asking honest questions. These questions will help you understand where you are, why you’re here, and where you want to go.
Take this seriously—because without clarity, your goals will always feel out of reach.
You don’t need to write long answers.
Just take your time. Think. Reflect.
Write your answers down honestly in a notebook or on paper.
Day 1: Know Yourself (QuesAns)
Let’s Start with Your Past
Look back for a moment. Think about your past decisions. They shape who you are today.
Ask yourself:
- Have I made goals before but failed to reach them? Why did that happen?
- What did I really want from life back then?
- What decisions led me to where I am now?
- What mindset did I carry in the past?
- How much control did I have over my emotions?
- What kind of challenges have I faced so far?
- How did I handle them?
- Did I give up too early or stay patient?
- Did I ever try to fix what was broken?
- Did I learn from failure, or did I let it define me?
Take your time. Be honest. There’s no right or wrong—just truth.
Now Focus on the Present
Think about your current life. What’s working? What’s not?
You are living this moment—so observe it with full awareness.
Ask yourself:
- What are my strengths?
- What am I capable of doing right now?
- What can I do for myself—not for others?
- What are my weaknesses? (For example, do I want to be focused and consistent but keep failing? Why?)
- How is my environment? Is it peaceful or distracting?
- Do I live in a toxic environment or around unsupportive people?
- How can I deal with people who constantly criticize or demotivate me?
- Can I create space from people who block my growth?
- Do I want to prove something to them or focus on proving something to myself?
This part is about accepting your reality—and being brave enough to improve it.
Now Let’s Talk About Your Future
You’ve reflected on your past and looked at your present.
Now it’s time to plan your future with purpose.
Ask yourself:
- What’s my main goal in life?
- Do I have the skills or tools I need to reach it?
- What resources do I need—knowledge, people, a laptop, books, or time?
- What are my short-term goals? What are my long-term goals?
- Have I set a deadline for my goals?
- What can I do internally to move forward?
- What am I willing to sacrifice—comfort zone, time, or distractions?
- Am I ready to follow my gut feeling when needed?
- Am I using social media at the right time, or wasting time?
- Can I say “no” when something distracts me from my purpose?
- How will I handle social pressure from friends or family?
- Can I declutter my mind?
- Am I truly ready to change my mindset?
- Can I fight for my goals, even if others don’t support me?
- Am I open to sharing my problems with myself and people I trust?
- Do I believe the solution to my problems lies within me?
✅ Today’s Activity
